i thought i was in paradise but ended up with a leaking old bathroom, no phone for room service for 3 days, and no compensation for my trouble. absolutely unacceptable! the staff were friendly, sure, but i expected something more befitting a luxury resort. almost left a glowing review, but just couldn't due to all the inconveniences.

The breakfast area was uncomfortably hot and the outdoor space often had a lingering bad smell, making dining outside less appealing. The main access road to the hotel was problematic, flooding after rain and causing hazardous conditions for walking, which led to an unfortunate accident. however, improvements were made afterwards. Room service was inconsistent, often lacking menus in the rooms, and it took days for one to be installed. There were issues with water pressure in the bathroom, resulting in an unusable bath. the advertised spa services were either non-existent or unclear.

We had an unforgettable stay with a fantastic beachfront and delicious breakfast options that catered to our dietary needs. The pool and the beach were great spots to relax after a long day of exploring, making it easy to unwind. Just a heads up, it would be nice to have a few more umbrellas around the pool for some extra shade! 🌴

The staff were incredibly friendly , they treated my daughter like a princess every time we passed the lobby. The pool area was a nice spot to chill , overlooking the sea , it almost felt like we were in another world when the sun set.

barali beach resort is a super chill spot with really nice individual bungalows in a lush garden vibe. we loved the breakfast, lots of tasty thai and western options. the staff was very friendly and always tried to help. the private beach is clean and relaxing, just perfect for unwinding. awesome location, just a short walk to local shops and restaurants!

the bathroom could use some updates, water pressure was kinda weak. also, the room was missing a phone for room service which was annoying.
